Hiring a full-time UX/UI designer can be a significant investment. A senior designer’s annual salary can easily exceed $100,000, and when you add in benefits, vacation days, and other overhead costs, it becomes even more costly. Plus, finding a qualified, experienced UX designer who fits your company’s needs can be time-consuming and challenging.

Another factor to consider is workload consistency. Your design needs may fluctuate, and you might not always have enough projects to keep a full-time designer fully utilized, which means paying for time you don’t actually need. With UX by Eli, you get flexible, on-demand UX and product design services without the long-term commitment.

Our subscription model allows you to tap into expert design support exactly when you need it. You can pause, resume, or adjust your plan as your business grows, making it an affordable, efficient alternative to hiring full-time.

At UX by Eli, we aim to keep things flexible and straightforward. You can cancel your subscription anytime with just a written notice at least 15 days before your next billing date, and your subscription won’t renew for the following month. If you cancel within 15 days of the renewal date, your account will renew for one final month, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of that period.

Because of the high-quality, customized nature of our design work, we don’t offer refunds. However, we’re committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to make any necessary revisions until you’re happy with the results.

We understand that design needs can fluctuate, so UX by Eli offers a flexible pause feature. If you don’t have enough design requests to fill an entire month, you can pause your subscription and save any unused days for later.

Here’s how it works: Our billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For example, if you sign up and use the service for 21 days, then decide to pause, your billing cycle will be paused, and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining. You can resume your subscription anytime to pick up right where you left off. This way, you only pay for the time you truly need!

You might be surprised to hear this, but UX by Eli is a one-person design studio! That means you'll work directly with me, Eli, the founder, on all your UX and product design needs. I handle everything personally, so you can count on a consistent, high-quality experience.

For specialized requests like animations or custom illustrations, I collaborate with trusted partner designers to bring in the right expertise. This approach ensures that you get focused, expert attention with access to additional design power when needed!

For larger requests, like full-scale website designs or complete mobile app interfaces, we break the project down into manageable parts. Either I’ll create these smaller tasks, or we can collaborate to define them together. You can expect a steady flow of completed work every 2-3 days, ensuring consistent progress until the entire project is finished.

This approach allows us to maintain quality and momentum, making sure you get the results you need efficiently!

Most of our design work at UX by Eli is done in Figma, a powerful tool for UX and product design that supports easy collaboration and quick iterations. Figma’s versatility allows us to create high-quality designs and prototypes efficiently, ensuring that your feedback is seamlessly integrated into the process.

There’s no limit!

Once you’re subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like. We’ll work through each request one by one, delivering high-quality designs at a steady pace, typically within 2-3 days per request. This way, you get all the design support you need, exactly when you need it!

Most design requests are completed within 2 to 3 business days!

For larger or more complex projects, like full website designs, the timeline may be a bit longer. In these cases, I’ll keep you updated every two days with progress updates through our project management app. This ensures you’re always in the loop and can see the progress as we work toward the final design!

No worries! At UX by Eli, your satisfaction is our priority. If a design isn’t quite what you envisioned, we’ll keep revising it until you’re completely happy with the result. We’re committed to creating designs that meet your expectations and bring your vision to life!

Getting started with UX by Eli is easy and flexible! After a kickoff call to discuss your goals, you can submit design requests through our project management tool (we like to use Trello). You can also upload project documents, share wireframes, or even record a quick video if that’s easier for you—whatever helps communicate your vision best.

From there, I’ll work on one task at a time. For most requests, you can expect delivery within 2-3 business days. If it’s a more complex project, I’ll provide a timeline and send work-in-progress updates every 2-3 days until it’s complete. Once a design is ready, you can review and provide feedback, and we’ll continue refining it until it’s just right!

That’s totally fine! Once your request is completed, you can pause your subscription and save the remaining days for later.

When you have more design needs in the future, simply resume your subscription. This way, you get the flexibility to use every bit of your subscription time without any waste!
